Going into High Alert

Well truth to be told am suppose to be back in Singapore by now and yes I am reading up on the comments of my previous posts, hence I know what you ppl are thinking, trying to keep me here in KL when I wanna go home.

Well I didn’t get the post with Jotun to be frank with it, kinda disappointing but on the other hand I was offered another post instead with the company and hence I have another job interview this Friday instead.

Gonna need all the best I can do for this one, really interested to work for this company.

So happens that yes I am in KL once again for 2 weeks, well so happens that it was one week originally then turns out to be a bit longer due to 2nd interview with one of the companies that I applied for, however due to more circumstances I have to extend to a full 2 weeks as my dad wants me to meet up with him for certain reasons of which I am unable to mention at this time.

The interview at Jotun was actually very interesting, it was a bit of what I kinda expected after going through lots of stories on job interviews and also people analysis which my dad ran me through and true enough a lot of what we discussed came true especially among the 6 candidates. Well that board meeting did not come to a conclusion though as 45 minutes was the time limit and that ended with probably the majority agreeing on one way but the a few others on the main focus and one who kept getting swayed having the last say as usual. What I did find lousy was that 1/3 were particularly polite in their manners of speech which was rather abnormal to have when a less formal tone to indicate that each did fit in would have been an easier time and better flow to the conversation, probably they were too nervous, anyway it was a great event with great food too for lunch.
